Week - 12

Introduction

This week was the final week of our teaching practice at school. It was a very special and memorable week filled with various activities, competitions, and experiences. The school organised several programmes, and we actively participated in conducting them along with the teachers. Our institution principal also visited the school to check our records and interact with us. The final week gave us an opportunity to reflect on our teaching journey and cherish the beautiful memories we created with the students and teachers.

Drawing Competition 

During this week, the school conducted a pencil drawing competition as part of the Kalolsavam preparations. Various other competitions, including poem writing and other creative activities, were also organised. Many students actively participated in the drawing competition and showcased their artistic talents and creativity. We actively participated in organising and conducting the competitions. We worked cooperatively with the teachers and provided the necessary instructions and guidance to the students. Conducting these competitions was a valuable experience that helped us improve our organisational and coordination skills.




Observation

During this week, our institution principal visited the school to check our teaching practice records and interact with us. The principal reviewed our records and discussed our teaching practice experiences. The visit provided us with an opportunity to share our learning experiences and receive valuable guidance. It was a meaningful experience that helped us understand the importance of maintaining records and reflecting on our professional development.

Mid-Day Meal Service

Throughout the week, we actively participated in the Mid-Day Meal Service. We worked cooperatively with the teachers to serve food to the students and ensure the smooth functioning of the programme. We also interacted with the students in a friendly manner during lunchtime. This experience helped us develop teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of responsibility towards the students.





Final Day Experience 

The final day of our teaching practice was a very emotional and memorable experience. Throughout our teaching practice, we developed friendly relationships with the students and teachers. The classroom became a special place where we shared many happy moments and valuable learning experiences. Saying goodbye to the students and teachers was difficult because we had become closely connected with them. The love, support, and cooperation we received from the school community made our teaching practice journey unforgettable.



Reflection

This final week was a wonderful conclusion to my teaching practice. Throughout this journey, I gained valuable experience in classroom teaching, classroom management, time management, and organising school activities. Participating in various competitions helped me improve my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. The guidance of the teachers and the support of the students made my teaching practice meaningful. The final day was filled with happiness, gratitude, and emotions. Overall, this teaching practice helped me grow both personally and professionally. The knowledge, experiences, and beautiful memories I gained from the school will always remain in my heart.

Week - 5 (3/8/2026 - 7/8/2026)

  Week - 5(3/8/2026 - 7/8/2026) Introduction This week was a meaningful and productive week in my teaching practice. I completed the fourth chapter, "Basic Economic Problems," in Class VIII C. I also conducted an achievement test for the students, which was a new and valuable experience for me. Along with classroom teaching, I actively participated in various school activities, including the L.P. and U.P. assembly, Hiroshima Day programmes, Mid-Day Meal Service, and the cleaning and arrangement of the Social Science Lab.
